Default Gixxer front end on SV650

Here are a couple of pix of a customer of mine who wanted the performance of an 07 gixxer front end on his SV650.
The problem with the swap out is that the gixxer tubes are shorter. My solution was my new stepped clamp. It gave him more than enough tube slide. And his Scotts damper solidly bolts right on top.

that is awesome!

I had an SV for my first bike, always wanted to do the gsxr suspension swap. I bet that thing handles like a dream!

That is actually probably the only track bike I would want. Cheap and so much fun

Thats a very cool swap, I'm sure it improved handling tremendously. I've seen racers perform similar swaps for their track bikes. Thinking when/if I return to racing, this would be a good series to jump into also..
